We have devised Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) for not only the students that require additional help but every student in the school. It is a detailed road map that provides for different strategies to be adopted by each teacher to address diverse learning needs. This gives us the opportunity to bridge the learning gaps to achieve learning outcomes. Self reflection and an effective feedback mechanism help us cater to specific needs of children. Our plan is progressive i.e., we set short term, mid-term goals and annual goals. The goals are reviewed as per the timelines in our plan.
We believe that every learner is unique and different in their own way and adoption of one standardised lesson plan does not ensure that every student is learning.
