ADMISSION FOR NURSERY (BALVATIKA 1 / PRESCHOOL 1) 2026-27 ( GENERAL CATEGORY )

In compliance to Circular No. F.DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/9179-9188, dated 22/11/2025 issued by Directorate of Education, registration to the Nursery (Balvatika 1 / Preschool 1) class for academic year 2026-27 under the general category will begin from Thursday, 4th December 2025.

Application for admission to the EWS/DG and CWSN category, under the provision of RTE Act 2009 comes under the purview of the Department of Education.

Registration form for the General Category is available. You are to fill the registration form through Online mode only. PRINTED REGISTRATION FORM FOR PHYSICAL SUBMISSION IS NOT REQUIRED.

B. AGE CRITERIA
Minimum Age: 3 Years as on 31st March, 2026. (Age relaxation of up to 30 days is applicable)
Maximum Age: Less than 4 Years as on 31st March, 2026 (Age relaxation of up to 30 days is applicable)
Children born between 01/03/2022 to 30/04/2023 are eligible for registration
In accordance with the guidelines of the NEP 2020, children admitted to Nursery in the academic year 2026-27 will be required to complete three years of Pre-Primary education before being promoted to Class I.
The age criteria for admission Nursery (2026-27) and subsequent progression are as follows:

D. ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
1. Birth Certificate of the Child issued by any competent authority with correct name of the child mentioned on the certificate. The name must be the same as filled in the registration form.
2. Proof of Residence (Any two).
I. Aadhaar Card in the name of the child or any of the parents.
II. Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of any of the parents (Mother/Father having name of the child).
III. Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
IV. Voter I-Card of any of the parents.
V. Latest paid Electricity/Water/MTNL phone bill in the name of any of parents.
VI. Rent Agreement (Registered).
VII. Passport in the name of child or any of the parents.
3. Aadhar Cards of Child, Mother and Father.
4. Medical Fitness certificate of the child from a registered medical practitioner.
5. Immunization record of the child.
6. Proof of Sibling: A copy of fee receipt of January 2026 of the sibling.
7. Proof of Alumni: A copy of passing certificate of class XII issued by CBSE.
8. Single Parent: Valid legal proof of his / her single status or death certificate or affidavit of single status.
Note: Admission to the school is subject to verification of the original documents listed above. The school can cancel the registration/admission if any information or documents is found to be wrong/fake/incorrect.

9. Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written/email/verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their wards in the second list 10/02/2026 (Tuesday) to 16/02/2026 (Monday)
10. Subsequent list of admission, if any 05/03/2026 (Thursday)
11. Closure of admission process 19/03/2026 (Thursday)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING REGISTRATION FORM
1. Online registration fee: Rs. 25/- (non-refundable).
2. Registration does not guarantee Admission.
3. All fields marked * on the Registration form are compulsory.
4. Please use “AND” and not symbols such as “&” while filling the residential address as the Google Map does not read the symbols. E.g. Sector B & C may please be written as Sector B and C.
5. Distance from school calculated by the Google Map (Satellite Mode) is subject to verification.
6. Upload the required documents & latest photographs.
7. After completing the Registration form, you will get a Preview form icon to verify complete filled registration form. Then click on PAY NOW.
8. Please keep a copy of the filled form for your record.
9. Duplicate registration will automatically amount to the cancellation of anyone of the registrations of the applicant.
