Ashutosh Batta completed his B.Com(Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Masters in Commerce, M.B.A and further went on to complete his B.Ed to pursue his passion in education. In the year 1987, he set up Bloom Public School, which then shifted to its own campus in Vasant Kunj in the year 1994-95. Bloom Public School is ranked amongst the top ten schools of South West Delhi, in independent surveys done by two leading national newspapers, Hindustan Times and Times of India.
As an educationist, Mr. Batta is focused on providing Education based on competencies, strengthening assessment and evaluation practices, creating experiential and joyful learning, preparation of innovative annual pedagogical plans for the transaction of curriculum, special and inclusive education, technology in education, physical education& co-curricular activities, imparting 21st-century skills and teacher capacity building for redefining the role of teachers as ‘Edupreneurs’.Mr. Batta is a keen learner and upgrades his knowledge on latest practices in education. He has attended professional courses at the Principal’s CentreHarvard Graduation School of Education (USA), The Principal's Training Centre (London), Indian Institute of Management (Ahmadabad), Reggio Emilia (Loris MalaguzziCentre, Italy), The Edward De Bono Institute For Creative Thinking &Innovation Malta etc.He was also the cluster leader in a school program between UK and India under the UKIERI (United Kingdom India Educational Research Initiative) and the president of TEACH, a teacher exchange initiative between Australia and India supported by University of Melbourne.
He was the Chairman of SarvSahodaya, a CBSE school initiative, comprising of top schools in New Delhi such as Bloom Public School, Modern School Vasant Vihar, Sanskriti School Chanakyapuri, Bal Bharti Public school, Pitam Pura, Lotus Valley school Gurgaon and Noida, Delhi Public School Gurgaon, Tagore International School Vasant Vihar, ChinmayaVidyala Vasant Vihar, Ambience School Safdurjung Enclave etc.He is a member of FICCI ARISE and a member of the steering committee of CII school summit 2021.
He is a national-level basketball player and is passionate about nature and animal welfare.
Dr. Ahsan Ali

Inspiring Mathematics Mentor, Dr Ahsan Ali is transformative educational leader. He did Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Mathematics from Department of Mathematics, University of Jodhpur, Jodhpur. He has published 12 research papers in national and international journals. He has 30 years of teaching and administrative experience. He has a passion for student success and strongly committed in creating a positive and safe learning environment. As a seasoned educator and administrator, Dr Ahsan Ali has a proven track record of success in implementing policies and programs that support student’s growth and achievement Dr Ahsan Ali joined Bloom Public School in 1997 as Mathematic teacher and later assumed the responsibilities of Curriculum Director in 2014. Thereafter, he took over as the Vice Principal of the school in 2018. He is focused, committed and dynamic individual and set performance goals both for students and teachers, and oversee the process so that those goals are attained. Dr Ahsan Ali is a team player and encourages team work among his staff and leads them by example. His firm belief in intra personal relationship in the professional field with every employee and student has enabled them to flourish. He is known to be a disciplined person and cares for his students intellectual and emotional well-being. He strongly believe that students grow beyond the classroom.

She is a recognised educator of distinction currently teaching Psychology to students of class 11 & 12. With a Global Career Counselling certification from UCLA, she is committed to helping students reach their full potential and achieve their career goals by pushing their boundaries. As an Educator of Distinction from NSHSS USA, she is recognised for her exceptional commitment to achieve educational excellence.
She possesses a unique combination of qualities that help establish a deep sense of connection with students, impart a holistic learning experience, and foster academic and personal growth.
A dedicated and passionate worker, she has always been the number one cheerleader for her students (she fondly calls ‘her kids’), supporting them through their board examination journeys and encouraging them to take up Psychology at the graduate level. By virtue of her knowledge and experience she heads the Mental Health programme of the School. Her team includes a counsellor and a special educator who work with both students and parents. Sudha has a prominent role in various domains of the school. Some of the areas she works on are providing career guidance to senior students, conducting and organising professional development programs, mentoring students for multiple outreach programmes and conducting surveys to gather feedback from all stakeholders to further review the teaching pedagogy at school. Ms. Sanah Batta

Ms. Sanah is a dedicated and experienced high school legal studies teacher with a passion for imparting legal knowledge and skills to the next generation. With years of experience in the field, she holds a law degree from O.P. Jindal Law School and also a Masters in Law. She has worked as a practicing advocate before transitioning to education. In the classroom, Ms. Sanah creates a dynamic and engaging environment where students can explore the complexities of the legal system, develop critical thinking skills, and gain a deeper understanding of their rights and responsibilities. Her commitment to her students extends beyond the classroom as she regularly serves as a mentor and advisor, helping them prepare for college and careers in the legal field.
Ms. Sanah is a child protection specialist. She has authored a manual on School Safety & Child Protection for schools in India in collaboration with FICCI-ARISE. She regularly conducts capacity building workshops for teachers in the school to help them understand the importance of child protection and their obligations and responsibilities under the law.
